We provide full service for those of you who are just starting your own skincare and cosmetic business. Easily to start, we are with you through the whole process.
1. Product Concept Consultation
Give us the visual description of your products that want to be made. No need to worry, if you are still in doubt or confused on the product concept, our marketing team will gladly help you by giving the best suggestion from how you choose your formula, the raw materials, texture, packaging, up to the target market.
2. Product Sample Making
After you decide the type of product, formula, and raw materials which have been agreed by both sides, we will create the product sample. At this stage, the product will go through stability and compatibility tests.
3. Complete the Required Documents
The required documents that are needed for the manufacturing processes are your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP), Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) (if any), and the photocopy of the Indonesian Business License (SIUP). If you agree with the product sample given, you will sign a manufacturer’s contract and agree with the terms of the total of the products, formula and its raw materials, packaging, pricing standards of goods sold, and manufacturing service cost.
4. Manufacturer’s Payment Fee
After making a legitimate agreement, you will proceed to the payment process. The tolling fee that must be paid in advance / DP (Down Payment) is 50 percent of the total product order.
5. Licensing Fees Process
We will process all the necessary permits, starting from BPOM registration, Halal certification from LPPOM MUI, and certification of intellectual property rights such as brands and patents.
6. Production Process
Production will start after the BPOM number for the product has been issued. We guarantee the safetinesss of the product and the Halalness in every manufacturing process.
7. Quality Control
After being produced, the product must go through a quality control process in order to meet quality standards in accordance with established quality standards.
8. Product Delivery
After the production process is complete, we will help send your products that are prepared to be sold to your warehouse.
